My friend and I met after the longest time & in our attempt to catch up we spoke about things that keep our minds busy as single women between the ages of 25-35 yrs. And then we realized no matter what type of woman you might be, ambitious or laid back, intelligent or otherwise, innocent or cunning ; "dating , sex & relationships" (in this order) are always tricky and raise lots of doubts in our minds...Also we are very inspired by the women in Sex & the City... So we have decided to take up each doubt that comes to our head and talk about it...People who read this are more than welcomed to give their opinion...
So with no further ado, our topic for today : Do we need drama in relationships for them to be real??
Having had my fair share of LSD & having kissed major frogs in my life: I have realized if I am involved there will be Drama. I have won awards for being a Drama Queen & found myself creating drama out of nothing just to make life interesting. Having said that, I want to add that if one is as dramatic as I am , having a relationship with someone as dramatic can be a maddening experience.. It might feel like a storybook romance initially but the endings could be rather "disastrous" au contraire "happily ever after". Even though the other person might seem like he is easily available or too easy & you might think its boring or something is wrong with that; believe me women there is nothing wrong. If someone doesn't sweep you off your feet & you don't fall head over heels in love with them; does not mean that something is wrong; it only means the person is real and even without the drama he will stand beside you ( or in my case; in spite of the drama).
So yes, relationships can be real even without Drama and even if there is Drama make sure you are the one creating it & not the other person. Life is too short & its best to keep it simple..
That's my view but i sure want to know what you other ladies think..Feel free to comment and soon ill be taking up another doubt that pops in my head...
Till my next post ..xoxo..
